Overthinking

Overthinking can manifest in numerous ways, affecting decision-making, emotional well-being, and overall mental clarity. Signs of overthinking include feeling that falling asleep is impossible because your mind races with thoughts, constantly replaying past conversations, worrying about the future, and finding it hard to make decisions without second-guessing yourself. You may often think “what if” about choices you’ve made and seek reassurance from others regarding your decisions. Additionally, you might feel mentally exhausted from analyzing every detail, struggle to focus on the present moment, and experience physical symptoms like headaches or muscle tension. If you recognize these signs, it may be helpful to practice mindfulness techniques or seek support to manage overthinking and regain mental clarity.

Misalignment

Goal alignment issues can arise when personal values, aspirations, and actions are not in sync. Signs of misalignment include feeling unmotivated to pursue tasks, experiencing a persistent sense of frustration with progress, frequently questioning the relevance of goals, and finding that procrastination becomes a regular response to tasks. Signs of relationship challenges include strained communication and frequent misunderstandings, consistently avoiding difficult conversations, feelings of frustration and distance, and holding onto grudges. Trust issues may lead to doubts about intentions, while insecurity can creep into connections. Additionally, emotional turmoil might prevent you from enjoying meaningful interactions, and the ability to establish deeper bonds may diminish. If you recognize these signs, it may be beneficial to engage in open dialogue with those involved or seek professional support to navigate these challenges and strengthen your relationships.

Goal Realignment

 If you’re feeling stuck or unmotivated, it might be time for some goal realignment. Sometimes, our goals don’t align with what we truly want, which can lead to frustration. Take a moment to reflect on what your goals mean to you and how they impact those around you. By doing this, you can regain your motivation and feel more excited about your progress.

Relationship Building

From Our Coach

I don’t see my work as helping people “fix problems.”

Most of the people I work with are already functioning, capable, and moving forward in life. But something doesn’t fully add up. There is a gap between what is happening on the outside and how it is experienced on the inside.

My work is about understanding that gap.

I’m interested in how a person relates to themselves, to their choices, and to what they have built so far. Many of the struggles people face are not random. They follow a certain internal logic. When that logic becomes visible, things begin to shift—not because something is forced, but because it starts to make sense.

My approach is influenced by both philosophy and psychoanalytic thinking. I’m less focused on techniques and more on exploring what is actually going on underneath. Each process is different. Instead of applying a fixed method, I try to meet the person where they are and think with them.

I work mostly with people who are in transition. This can mean moving to a new country, stepping into a new role, or simply reaching a point where the old ways of understanding life no longer feel sufficient. These moments often bring growth, but also confusion, self-doubt, and a sense of being disconnected from oneself.

I don’t offer quick solutions, and I don’t treat mental illness. If needed, I refer clients to licensed professionals. What I offer is a space to slow down, reflect, and work through what is not immediately visible from the inside.
